I'm a certified coach working with individuals, relationships, teams and systems. For many a long year I was a news agency journalist and editor, working on four continents.

If coaching had been discovered a few decades earlier I would have chosen that path. Coaching, like journalism is all about people and their stories. But the news in coaching is about growth and opportunities not about conflict and pain.

Coaching is about joy and empowerment, with rigour, fun and humour. Expect to be challenged and to be held in confidence and trust. Expect powerful learning - together.

I'm a faculty member of the Coaches Training Institute and have trained coaches in 19 countries.
